We Are Frightened Rabbit

You probably won’t hear the Frightened Rabbits or see them on any of those direct tv music channels, but that doesn’t mean you won’t find them anywhere. Some of the most obscure things can be found online and that includes foreign (depending on where you are stationed) indie bands like the Frightened Rabbits.

Stationed in Scotland, this indie rock group has been gathering momentum in recent years and they are now known quite well both in and out of Glasgow. If you are new to the party and you are wondering just who the Frightened Rabbits arewell, that is an interesting question with a way more fun answer.

Yes, the group consists of Grant Hutchison, Billy Kennedy, Andy Monaghan and Gordon Skene – all led by singer and song writer Scott Hutchison. However, there is one other member of the group that I did not name – You. You see, unlike a lot of rock bands that get so full of themselves that they have forgotten how to have fun, Frightened Rabbits loves to meet the audience up close and personal. Their concerts are actually notorious in allowing actual audience members to come on stage and play along.

So if you are sitting there wondering who the Frightened Rabbits are you can take this one fact away if nothing else. They are fun.
